Dear readers,

When dreams come true for off-road fans, there often is a Unimog involved. Therefore, two passionate explorers from Düsseldorf have given themselves and their special expedition vehicle name straight out of their childhood: Team ELMO. On their joint tour around the world they go through thick and thin with their Unimog. And so far they have been able to rely on their all-wheel drive home in every situation.

After an impressive expedition through Russia, Central Asia and Mongolia, the Unimog has now crossed the great water: In the first part of their interview series, Team ELMO reports from Australia about months of travel preparations and insights of the journey.
